Primary Medical Services & Clinics

Our primary care service is your first point of entry into our health care system. SJCC Primary Care Services provide: disease prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment. We also offer health coaching, counseling, health promotion and referrals to community services

Care for Children (Newborn to 18 years)

Includes: Routine well-child exams, sick child visits, immunizations, preventive care and health education, referrals for children with chronic health problems or special developmental, learning, and mental health needs.

Care for Adults (18 years and Older)

Includes: Physical exams, family planning services, diagnosis and treatment of Illness/Injury, diagnosis and treatment of chronic illnesses, diagnostic studies, laboratory services, nutrition counseling, immunizations and flu shots, and specialty referrals.

Women’s Services (Women’s Health and Pregnancy)

Includes: Care in obstetrics (pregnancy) and gynecology, treatment for conditions of the reproductive organs, with an emphasis on preventive medicine, nutrition, breast cancer, osteoporosis, menopause, and infectious diseases.
